The hydraulic tube expansion systems are known to have a silent operation, compared to the electric and pneumatic systems. These systems have a pump, which is communicated with by the drive through a DC remote control. This assures safety while also removing the need for electrical cables. Because they are small, they are ideal for use within boiler drums. In the hydraulic tube expansion systems, torque is created at a top level. Because of this reason, the systems are capable of expanding the big diameter, thick wall tubes in thick tube sheets.
